"meta" widget disappeared

  I am currently visiting my children in New Zealand till 15 July 2012.
  I have another blog: bybleverskille.wordpress.com
  Somehow I lost or deleted the widget “Meta” on that blog and cannot access my dashboard. How can I restore this widget?
  While in New Zealand I use my wife,s laptop and het e-mail, so please answer to: (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hi!
  I noticed the name of my Afrikaans blog was spelled wrong.
  It should be: bybelverskille.wordpress.com

  And I do not need help with the blog bibledifferencesfacts.wordpress.com but since I cannot access my Afrikaans blog, I am sending this question via this English blog.

  Here is my problem again:

  Go here > Appearance > Widget and locate the Meta widget and drag and drop it into the sidebar or footer area that you want it to be displayed in. Click the widget to open it enter a title, then click “save” and “close”. http://en.support.wordpress.com/widgets/meta-widget/

  You can change a Blog Title or Tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General.
  However, you cannot “edit” a URL. To change a blog address ie. the URL see here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  We Volunteers do not provide support by email.

  One does not need a Meta widget to log into a blog.

  The problem is that I cannot access the dashboard at my blog bybelverskille.wordpress.com How else can I perform the drag and drop suggestion if not logged into the dashboard?

  One does not need a Meta widget to log into a blog.
