One of the essential uses of metadata for photographic images is to indicate who owns the image and how to get in touch with them. After all, if you publish your images on the web they’re going to be distributed (and copied) far and wide, you want to be able for viewers and users of your imagery to be able to know who made it and how to get in touch with you. So of course, for all my photo’s on my free hosted blog (yvonnedehont.wordpress.com) and on my payed website (www.yvonnedehont.nl) I have set these essential data.
But after the photo’s are uploaded to my blog/site these data isn’t no longer found in the metadata. Everything is gone except the data about shutter time, etc.
I want that on all my photo’s the data about arthor and copyright remain.
    How can this be fixed?!
