Metatags for free wordpress

  A newbie here..

  I just want to ask if its applicable for free wordpress the features like metatags and metakeywords. If yes, where I could find it? Thanks

  We bloggers cannot access metadata files on free hosted WordPress.com blogs and include metatags but that doesn’t matter as Google doesn’t use them.This is a multiuser blogging platform. All blogs wearing the same theme use the same template. Only Staff can access those files and edit as every edit they make affects all blogs wearing the same theme.

  We can all practice on page SEO and off page SEO. Search engine spiders look for keywords in content. Moreover Google does not use the keywords meta tag in web ranking – Monday, September 21, 2009
