method to obtain pictures from iStock or fotolia to use in my blog
-
IT is not clear to me whether I need to use a plug in or download anything to allow me to import images I may have obtained from iStock or Fotolia. On the iStock website they said there was a plugin which when I tried to download it, it said it was not supported or updated.
The Utube film suggested that you get photos/illustrations from WordPress’s selections. but if I already choose something form iStock, could I use it? Is it easy to import? How?
Also, it said there would be no need to show copyright etc. But elsewhere it seemed to say you need to add that. All very confusing. TXThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Barbara,
Please note that the you would need plug-ins to use iStock and Fotolia. Unfortunately, it is not possible to install plugins on WordPress.com, for security reasons. Plugins can only be installed on self-hosted WordPress blogs. If you are wondering how WordPress.com differs from WordPress.org, this support article explains the distinction:
If this is a necessity for you, I would recommend looking into moving to WordPress.org:
