metric theme

  I purchased a themeforest theme called METRIC but can’t install / upload it.
  It should be possible by clicking “appearance * theme
  then scrolling down and clicking the “add new theme” button
  The problem is … I can’t find a button to add a new theme !!!
  Anyone ????

  Return it and get a refund.

  The only themes we can use on free hosted WordPress.com blogs like your blog are the themes found here http://wordpress.com/themes/

  There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot upload any third party themes, create child themes or our own themes or edit templates.

  Hi there, were you able to get a refund from ThemeForest?
  I actually found this thread because I am searching for their contact details, as they didn’t seem to have it on their site the last time I looked.

  I would be very grateful if anyone could post them here, as I need to contact them.

  @tobybarnesonline, you might try logging in using the credentials you used when purchasing and look around on the page where you made the purchase to see if there are any support options listed.
