  I can not save my new CSS settings because there is not a SAVE button. I am paid up til January next year.Help. Thank you.

  Above my pay-grade but try: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/ – sometimes that will fix odd things, if that is no good luck then contact support and they can take a look at your site for your. http://en.support.wordpress.com/contact/
