microsoft office small business publishing

is there any way to make a website in microsoft office small business publishing (not word) and upload it complete. I can make the complete website in publishing with links and pictures and everything like I want it, but after i do that can I upload it complete? What do I have to do to do this correct?
Thank you for any help on this problem. I am very new to this and very comfused.

No. You are completely confused.
Microsoft WORD is not blogging or website software. It’s just a word processing program that produces documents for printing purposes, and it contains extraneous code that’s not HTML compliant.

You probably could if it were self-hosted, but it could not be used with wordpress or as a design for wordpress. Themes used with wordpress are written in PHP script because they have to be able to access and communicate with the wordpress files and wordpress database.
