Microsoft Word tables in posts

I started off OK, but on editing the table and repasting it into the post, it suddenly became very wide, and one had to scroll.
What’s the best way to cut and paste a Word table into a post? The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I’m a beginner here, so be gentle…
I didn’t change the size of the Word table, which worked fine to begin with, and in the Edit draft it still looks fine, but not in the preview or if I update.

Sure, I’ll try to help you.
I’ve took a look on your site and see that your tables have sizes on each line:
<td width="435">Lanky’s Kyle Jarvis, who was rubbish to begin with but was far better in his second season.</td>That width=”435″ is the size of your cell, you’ll need to change this size in all places.

What I see, in WordPress, is width=”236″ on every row.
Do I need to change things in Word?

I saw it on your site, looking in your HTML code.
Please take a look on this link below, you’ll need to use % do avoid this behaviour.
