Mid Year Upgrade

    Upgrade plans are billed annually. What happens if you want to upgrade mid-year?

    E.g., if I pay for a personal plan and pay the annual fee, what happens if I want to upgrade again to premium 6 months later? Can I pay a pro-rated rate for the last 6 months? Do I lose the money I put down for the second half of the personal year?

    Hi there,

    If you upgrade to a more expensive plan during the course of the year you’ll receive an automatic pro-rated discount based on the unused time on your current plan.

    The new, more expensive plan will be valid again for a year from the date on which you buy the new upgrade.
