Midrow blocks (Theron Lite)

    Hello. I can’t figure out how to put midrows on every single page.
    I could put the midrow on the top page because I am useing Theron Lite which enables showing awesome looks midrows on the top page.

    The website I am using is this.
    http://japan-goods.xsrv.jp/

    I have changed some CSS and HTML for customizing, but still can’t understand how to create those midrows on every single page.

    I’ve tried to copy and paste html and css i am using for the top page to the footer. But it does not show as top page shows.

    If someone can help, it would be really great.
