Migrate a website from one wordpress account to another

  I’m trying to copy a website from one WordPress account to another. I own the domain but the freelancer that built me the website is no longer available and cant be reached. I can access the cpanel but don’t know to migrate the whole website over to this new account

  PLEASE HELP!!!

  Since you mention cPanel, it sounds like you’re talking about a self-hosted WordPress.org site. What’s the address of that site? If you’d like to move this site to your WordPress.com account (creativewolf21), you’ll want to follow these steps:
