Migrate a website from Squarespace

  I am a co admin for a website that is currently hosted on Squarespace. I already have a WordPress account. How do I migrate from S to W?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I assume that you mean you want to migrate from Squarespace to WordPress.com.
