Migrate blog in wordpress.com to local server

  I am a novice and needs expert advice.

  I created a test blog in WordPress .com. i would like to create a copy of my to my local server so I could work offline. I am not sure if this is possible because blogging in wordpress.com is a hosted solution and I do not have complete control over of my blog.

  Ifever possible, how can i migrate my blog from wordpress.com to my local server. Any help?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is certainly possible to export the contents of a WP.com blog. That is all you can export, though; no themes, no databases. Just the contents of the posts and pages. Do that under the Tools page on the dashboard.
