Migrate blog stats and subscribers

  Hello,

  I would like to migrate my stats and email subscribers from my wordpress.com account to my new self-hosted site.

  Previous wordpress site: itaintthathard.wordpress.com
  New self-hosted site: joeyhow.com

  I have installed and activated Jetpack plugin but the stats and subscribers went back to 0.

  Your assistance is highly appreciated. Thank you.
