Migrate blog to new host manually…without FTP…help plz.

  Hello members,
  i have recently get a new domain and new host (GoDdaddy) where i need to migrate my wordpress blog (FreeHostNoAds host).

  I tried already to use (without any sucess) many migration free pluggins without any sucess :(
  One of them is Updraft where i sucefull made a full backup in my dropbox account…the problem with this particular one is that for migration porposes it needs a payed addon that i dont have :(

  I have read several tutorials about how to do it “manually” without any plugin by copying the all blog file and the database structure to the new host but even with this method im facing a big problem…i cannot connect to my host files by FTP (i dont know why)…i have already tryied to contact my hosting provider (FreeHostNoAds) but without getting any answer til now…

  So i came here trying to get some help about how can i make this migration…there is any other method? How can i get access to my files so i can place them in the new host?
