MIgrate .com subscribers to self hosted .org

  Hi!

  in this thread you helped me migrate subscribers from wordpress.com to my self hosted site. But I realized that I installed Jetpack too early (when a temporary URL was in place of my main website). So Publicize didn’t work properly as it was pointing to the old URL.

  I had to reinstall Jetpack, but now I need to migrate the subscribers again – can you do that please?
