migrate domain to a wordpress.org

  Hosting, Hi, my blog is uxinperu.com and I have my domain in wordpress.com, but i want to migrate it to a new host provider, in fact, aruba.it. How can I do that? My mail is (email visible only to moderators and staff) please helpme as i want to use wordpress.org instead wordpress.com thanks!
