    I would like you to migrate my email subscribers from wordpress.com to self hosted (I have been told it is the WordPress team that has to do this?)

    WordPress domain is leannefaulknerdotcom.wordpress.com
    Self-hosted domain is leannefaulkner.com

    Jetpack is installed and connected :)
