migrate existing website to WordPress

    We are looking to possibly migrate our site from HubSpot to WordPress and have no idea where to start. Does WordPress have people who can assist with this process? Is trying to contact someone at WP like trying to talk to the Wizard? I really appreciate any input. Thanks!

    Hi there,

    Is your HubSpot site using the WordPress software, or do they have their own site-building software?

    If they’re using the self-hosted WordPress software you can follow the instructions here:

    Moving from a Self-Hosted WordPress to WordPress.com

    If they do not use the WordPress software you’ll need to get an export file of your site’s content and import it here using these instructions:

    Import

    Note that in either case you can only import your content. Your theme, settings, users, etc you’ll need to set up here from scratch. You’ll also need to create a free WordPress.com address before you can do anything. You need to do this even if you plan on using the site with your own domain. You can create a new site at this link:
