  Hi,

  Last year I moved to a self hosted site but now I want to switch back to my old WordPress blog. Is there anyway to transfer my followers from my self hosted site back to my old WordPress blog?

  What is the URL of the self hosted site?
  Do you have Jetpack installed on it?
