Migrate Followers & blog statistics

  I have recently moved by blog from a wordpress hosted lingpeter.wordpress.com site to an externally hosted lingpeter.me site,

  Am I able to migrate blog statistics and blog followers to the new site?

  Blog posts are under the same author & I do have jetpack installed,

  Sorry.. the new site I have set up on wordpress.org is peterling.me not lingpeter.me
