Migrate followers & blogs to newly created WP site

  I am creating a new WordPress blog site and have one currently in use. I want to move the followers from the current site and blogs that I have previously written to the new site so that I don’t lose anyone or anything that I have written. Then I want to delete the old site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  1. Are you referring to moving content between free hosted WordPress.com blogs? http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-between-wordpress-com-blogs

  2. Are you referring to purchasing web hosting and moving your content into a WordPress.ORG install? http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#moving-to-wordpress-org

  If you are referring to 2. then you need to post both URLs into this thread after you install and activate the JetPack plugin on your WordPress.org install.
