Migrate followers from a wordpress.com site to my own web site

  This post is for wordpress staff, from what I’m reading they can migrate followers from my name.wordpress.com site to my own externally hosted site running wordpress software. I have “jetpack” installed, what else do I need?

  Please do so if you can:

  old site: michaelschicagoyoga.wordpress.com
  new site: michaelpalermo.com
