Migrate followers- ‘From’ field is blank

  Hi there.

  I am trying to migrate a WordPress.com site’s followers to a Jetpack-connected self-hosted WordPress site following the instructions here https://jetpack.com/support/subscription-migration-tool/

  However, when I get to the ‘Select WordPress.com Site’ step, the drop down menu is empty.

  Does anyone know how to resolve this?

  Ps: It would be great if it’d be possible to also migrate my stats.

  Hi there,
  what is the URL of the site you are trying to move follower and stats “from” and what is the URL you are trying to move them “to” so we can take a closer look?
