Migrate followers from old to new wordpress.com domain

Can anyone tell me if it is possible to migrate my followers and likes from an old wordpress.com domain to a new domain, also on wordpress.com? How would this be done?

It is absolutely possible to migrate your followers – please review the following, and refer to the section that applies to you: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/.
If you are uncomfortable with the process staff can always lend a hand but they will first require:
-The original domain you were using
-The address of your new siteIf you would prefer staff help you out in this situation feel free to add the tag modlook into the tags section in the right sidebar. Once added there Staff will be in touch within a few hours to look into your inquiry.

Please provide the addresses of both sites, indicating which is the old and which is the new, and we can move the followers and optionally the stats for you.
Likes cannot be moved from one site to another.
