migrate followers from one wordpress.com to another wordpress.com

Dear Support,
I want to migrate my followers from my site https://newswiretalk.wordpress.com/ to https://thelearnify.wordpress.com/ . I am new blogger, please help me if it is possible and I also want to know if I can migrate ‘site hits’ or not?
I know a weird issue but I need some solution.
