Migrate followers from wordpress.com to wordpress.org

  I’m trying to migrate my followers to a self hosted site, installed Jetpack and followed the instructions. At the “Move Followers From A WordPress.com Site” page the drop drown menu where the wordpress.com should display is blank.
  The site I’m trying to migrate from is https://sirconandoyle.wordpress.com/.

  Could somebody help me with this?
