migrate followers to wordpress.org

  I have just migrated my wordpress.org blog to a custom domain using wordpress.com. I have installed the jetpack plugin and have connected to wordpress.com. How can i migrate my followers also?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you provide the URL of the old wordpress.org blog, and the URL of the new wordpress.com blog, then staff will be able to transfer across any of your followers who followed through Jetpack, if they didn’t do it through Jetpack, then they won’t be able to be moved across.

  Sorry, I got that completely mixed up. Getting late here…

  I was using a wordpress.com blog: lifeofsu.wordpress.com

  and have since migrated it to a custom domain: lifeofsu.com

  I don’t have many followers, but would like the few which I have to be migrated over.
