Migrate followers to wordpress.org
-
Hi there, I just transferred over to a self-hosted site with wordpress.org and was hoping I could migrate my followers (all if possible, but particularly my email subscribers).
I have Jetpack activated and ‘subscribers’ within Jetpack is activated too. If you could let me know how to go about this it would be greatly appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hello there!
No problem at all :)
I’ve transferred 177 followers for you. There were 141 WordPress.com subscribers, and 36 email subscribers.
Please note that it can take several hours for the subscriber list and totals for your site to be updated, especially if you have many subscribers.
That should do the trick! If I can help in any other way, please drop me a line. Cheers :)

Hi again, you transferred my followers over on Jan 31st and it looks like the email subscribers got an email notification when I posted my next post on that same date, but have not received emails for any of my later posts (Feb 4th, 8th and two posts today, the 16th).
Also, I am still receiving some traffic to my wordpress.com site. I got notifications today saying someone had commented on two posts (links below) and I can see them on my old wordpress.com iPhone app, but not on the actual website.
If you could let me know why this is happening that would be great, thank you!

Hello there!
It sounds as if you may not have configured your self-hosted sites Subscription Module.
Here is the help page, so you can check out your settings:
http://jetpack.me/support/subscriptions/You may also need to take your question to http://WordPress.org/support
Now that you’re on WordPress.org, I don’t have any access to your settings or your files, so I cannot check out your configuration, unfortunately.
If you need any assistance at all on the WordPress.com side, I can certainly help. Otherwise, you will need to touch base with the WordPress.org forum, or perhaps, your site’s host.
Thanks!
