Migrate followers to wordpress.org site that does not share username

  Can I migrate followers from my wordpress.com site to my self-hosted wordpress.org site that does not share the same username?

  I made the move to self hosting, but I did not use the same username to establish it.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  We cannot transfer subscribers between accounts unless the owner of each account comments on this thread stating that they would like us to.

  If you could please provide both the WordPress.com blog URL (starting with http://) which you would like us to transfer the subscriptions from as well as the WordPress.org site (also starting with http://) and then log in using that account and comment that you approve of the transfer, then we can proceed.
