Migrate follows from wordpress.com to wordpress.org not working

  I need to move followers from my old blog – knattster.wordpress.com to my new self-hosted blog itsnoteasybeinggreedy.com. I have gone to manage blogs > manage but the “migrate” button is not clickable. I’m really keen to get this resolved asap so that I can redirect my old blog to the new one – can someone help urgently? Thanks!
