Is your site at GoDaddy built on the open source version of WordPress, or using GoDaddy’s own website builder?
If it’s using WordPress, you can use one of the methods explained here to migrate it to our hosting on WordPress.com:

If it was built using GoDaddy’s own website builder, there’s no way to automatically migrate it, as GoDaddy doesn’t provide an export option for sites like that. So in that case I’m afraid the only way to migrate your content is to manually copy-paste everything over into new posts and pages on your WordPress.com site:
