Migrate from Wix

    Hi,

    I’m thinking about migrating my website that I previously build on Wix to WordPress. But is there anywhere I can migrate it WordPress for free and test it out before commiting to a paid plan on WordPress? Because that seems to be the only way for me to test out my website on WordPress. Or is there something I’m missing

    Hi @radiallabs, Yes you can migrate and test your website from wix to wordpress.com on a free site. It is a pretty easy process.

    After you have created your free site, navigate to Blog Dashboard -> Tools -> Import and choose the Wix option. After that you can add your wix website.

    The limitation of the above process is that you should not have any plugins or custom themes installed on your Wix website. The process for importing those websites is different.
