  hello, i am trying to Migrate From WordPress.com To Self-Hosted WordPress and following the steps from here: https://www.wpsuperstars.net/migrate-from-wordpress-com-to-wordpress-org/
  Step 1 says: Export your existing blog by the ‘EXPORT ALL’ feature in the blog. which will generate my blog file, but on repeated trying, nothing seems to happen, no downloaded file nor email received. so until i get my downloaded file i wont be able to nstall WordPress on my custom domain.

  kindly assist, been trying for months now.

  I would suggest following this guide: https://move.wordpress.com/

  You’ll export from My site > Settings > Export. Once you click Export all, the download processes. When it’s done, this appears above:

  Your export was successful! A download link has also been sent to your email.
  Download

  An email is also sent to the address used to login to this account. Give that a try next? What happens when you click on the Export all option?
