Migrate from wordpress.org to wordpress.com

I am trying to set up a new wordpress.com account in which the main name is ‘reserved’. I believe I might have done it myself since I do have a wordpress.org account with the same name.

What is the URL?
There is no expiration date on any on .wordpress.com blog urls unused, reserved or otherwise. Unless you can reach the over of the site and have them transfer it to you, you have reached a dead ends. Note that in these cases the blog’s owner rarely responds to comments or to contact information. And, Staff will not breach the privacy policy and provide you with an email address.
