Migrate Jetpack site stats from WordPress.com to self-hosted

  Hello!
  I am migrating my website from a WordPress.com hosted one to a self-hosted one, and would like to see about migrating my site stats over.
  Old site is knitsbyheather.wordpress.com
  New site is heatherstorta.com
