Migrate my followers

  I have a site at 2200ce.wordpress.com but I have decided to migrate the contents of that site and start afresh with amitj0ki.wordpress.com as the former site isn’t to my liking. I will manually migrate my posts (they need some editing). I was wondering if you could help in migrating my followers to the new site.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I see you wish to move your subscribers from one blog to another. Staff can move the subscribers for you.

  I was wondering if you could help in migrating my followers to the new site.

  I’ve moved all of your WordPress.com subscribers over to amitj0ki.wordpress.com.

  Your email subscribers will continue to receive email notifications of new posts as before but WordPress.com followers will only see new posts in the Reader. They will not receive email updates unless they subscribe to receive those on your new site.

  By the way, I don’t know why amitjoki.wordpress.com is reserved. The current hack of replacing O with zero is not very impressive.

  By the way, I don’t know why amitjoki.wordpress.com is reserved.

  When an account is created, the matching WordPress.com address is also reserved. For this reason it won’t be possible to use amitjoki.wordpress.com, however you can choose something similar without the O or register a custom domain.
