The suspension notice on your domain is coming from your hosting provider, Bluehost.
Please contact them for help with this, as we have no control over your hosting account with them.

I did and they referred me to you guys.However I do have the premium account that comes with a domain.Do I have to have my domain released or would suggest I do at this point about getting my blog back on? -
Your domain is neither registered nor hosted with us, so we have no control over this at all.
It is your hosting account that’s expired, and Bluehost is your host, so only they have the ability to help with this. If someone at Bluehost is telling you this is an issue on WordPress.com, ask to speak to someone else who actually knows how their systems work.
The Premium Plan you bought from us is for the Jetpack plugin, and adds security and backup features to your site. It is something completely separate from the hosting payments you make for your hosting plan at Bluehost, and has nothing to do with the suspension notice currently showing on your site.
