    Hi there clbeyiii

I’m a little confused about what you are trying to do, but I’ll try to clear some things up.

From a practical perspective, a WWW and a non-WWW URL are no different from each other, for WordPress.com a WWW site will always redirect to the non-WWW version. So when you mention the old site and the new site, you are directing me to the same site. Maybe you transferred your domain to your new hosting too, so the old site has a different domain now?

Secondly, Jetpack is really useful to create backups and restore them. You can check how to do this process on your own following this link https://wordpress.com/support/restore/#restoring-from-a-backup
But you mentioned that you already migrated your site, so maybe you don’t need to restore your data but you can start using it for backups.

Finally, these forums are for websites hosted and managed here at WordPress.com and your site is using the open-sourced version from WordPress.org hosted elsewhere, which is quite different (.com vs .org). In the future, you can find help for your WordPress installation at their forums https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
And if you need additional help with Jetpack, you can also find it here https://jetpack.com/support/

    Hope this helped 👍

    thanks for your reply.

sorry for the confusion. we added additional info to assist. we were simply saying we are missing jetpack data due to server move.

sorry for picking the wrong forum. as suggested, we have created a support request with jetpack support.

thank you for your time and effort.

please close request. delete if possible, since the wrong forum was used. we are new to the forum, but think the request was made private, not public.
