Migrate .org to .com

  I set up a wordpress.org site three years ago but now need to migrate this to the .com site. My problem today is that I can’t log in to access the site (I have remained signed in on my laptop so can view traffic stats but can’t do much else!)
  When I attempt to log in I receive the following error message: Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/content/31/10299231/html/wp-content/plugins/simple-google-adsense-par-jm-crea/index.php:154) in /home/content/31/10299231/html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1203
