Migrate site

I am changing the type of hosting that my site is currently using. (current site is using Economy Web Hosting Linux) I am moving it to Managed WordPress hosting. I’ve been told I have to use a different domain temporarily to migrate the site, but I found when trying to use a 3rd party to migrate that it mentions needing the temporary site to have wordpress installed. I don’t want to purchase hosting for the temp domain at this point in order to have hosting… I don’t want to use a current site that has wordpress because it is being used for another site. When using godaddy to migrate it says my username and PW are wrong (they are not) or a security plugin is turned on. I have basically disassembled all plugins except WP bakery. I need help getting this site moved. Please advise.
