Migrate stats and followers from free wordpress domain to new domain

  Hi mentors,
  I want to migarte my followers and stats form https://thelearnify.wordpress.com/ to new domian http://thelearnify.com/ . I have installed jetpack plugin in my domain. What should I do now?
