Migrate stats to self-hosted site

  Hi,

  Could you migrate the stats and followers from escapethereview.wordpress.com to escapethereview.co.uk?

  Separately, I’m getting the following error when I try to connect the new site (escapethereview.co.uk) to Jetpack: cURL error 60: SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificate. Is that happening because I need to install the intermediate CA certificate bundle?

  Hi there,

  escapethereview.co.uk is still mapped to escapethereview.wordpress.com and you also have the premium plan connected to the site. Do you want to deactivate these upgrades since escapethereview.co.uk is pointing to your self-hosted site? I would try connecting to JetPack after the upgrades are deactivated.

  I’ve now cancelled the Premium subscription. I attempted to remove the mapping for escapethereview.co.uk but I can’t see a ‘remove mapped domain’ option on the Domains management section. Please do go ahead and remove the mapping if that resolves the problem with connecting Jetpack.

  Same error I’m afraid. I’m still suspicious that it’s happening because I need to install the intermediate CA certificate bundle on the server – is that plausible?

  Yes, this is misconfigured on your site host’s side (missing intermediate certificate). I would touch base with them and see if they can assist you in correcting the issue.

  I cannot until Jetpack is connected to your WordPress.com account. Were you able to contact your host about the error?
