Migrate Subcribers

  Hi,

  I have 2 sites set up in my wordpress.com account – one with and one without www:

  rebeccastoner.co.uk
  http://www.rebeccastoner.co.uk

  http://www.rebeccastoner.co.uk is the correct version, so I would like to migrate my subscribers from rebeccastoner.co.uk to http://www.rebeccastoner.co.uk

  Is this possible?

Both rebeccastoner.co.uk and http://www.rebeccastoner.co.uk open to http://www.rebeccastoner.co.uk/, which is also a self-hosted WordPress.ORG website, so we can’t help you with that here. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  If you’re trying to migrate subscribers from a free WordPress.com site to http://www.rebeccastoner.co.uk/, you need to install the Jetpack plugin on that site and then follow the instructions in this support doc: https://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/moving-your-subscribers/
