migrate subscribers from .COM to .ORG

  I’m in the process of migrating from .COM to .ORG. My sites are:
  lovepros.wordpress.com
  loveps.ca

  Firstly, can someone please migrate my subscribers.

  Second, I’ve connected both to my .COM account and it can’t seem to tell the difference between them. If I click on switch site, it doesn’t matter which of the loveps.ca entries I choose, it always takes me to the old one, which is why I can’t migrate my subscribers myself. I tried disconnecting Jetpack SSO on the new site but both links were still there and when I reconnected it, the options still took me to the same (old) place.
