Migrate Subscribers from Old Site to New

  Hello,

  We have an old site hosted on WordPress Labelmaster.wordpress.com and we would like to migrate the subscribers to the new site, blog.labelmaster.com.

  We have Jetpack, but it does not show the old site. Can you assist us please?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
