Migrate subscribers from wordpress.com to hosted site

    I need to migrate the email followers and subscribers from my old WordPress.com site to a self-hosted WordPress site? Both sites are currently connected to Jetpack but I am not seeing options to do this?

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes
