Migrate Subscribers from WordPress.com to WordPress.org

  Hello,

  We installed the Jetpack plugin to connect to WordPress.com. We need to migrate all of the subscribers from the http://2broadsabroad.wordpress.com (WordPress.com) to http://twobroadstravel.com (WordPress.org).
