Migrate Subscribers from WP.com Hosted Website to Self-Hosted WordPress Website

  Hello!

  I’ve seen from other posts that staff is able to migrate subscribers from my WP.com website to my self-hosted website.

  I’ve installed and activated Jetpack on the new site.

  Would you please migrate the followers of
  http://bluebuttonpress.wordpress.com/
  to
  http://pineandplum.com
  ?
