  Please help migrate my subscribers from namahatta.wordpress.com to iskconza.com

  Once you’re all linked up with Jetpack you can visit your blogs in WordPress.com:

  http://wordpress.com/my-blogs/

  Under your new WordPress.org site, select Manage. In that pane, you’ll see a space to select a WordPress.com site to transfer your followers from!
